Uncaffeinated Buzz

The following buzz update took place between the hours of 7 AM and 8 AM EDT on Thursday, April 22, 2010. No caffeine was involved. Even though the coffee is brewing as I type this.

.

I write these words

In sleepy stupor

I hope they come out

Sounding super

In bed I’d rather

Still be sleeping

But the day ahead

Along keeps creeping

I try to type

Some words of worth

They may be witty

Or full of mirth

Try as I might

I could only mumble

Even as my belly

Begins to grumble

And so comes an end

This daily exercise

To me it comes

As no surprise

Uncaffeinated, I

am not a faker

For I truly thank

The Coffee Maker!
